Cauliflower Rice Stew


  • 1 Large cauliflower
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 Large green pepper
  • 6 Medium tomato
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste


1. Chop the Cauliflower and put it in a Food Processor. You can also use a blender or a grater.

2. Finely cut your onions, tomatoes and green pepper and sauté them in olive oil.

3. Add the Cauliflower after a few minutes.

4. Add tomato paste for color.

5. Season as desired.
