TYPICAL VEGAN BREAKFAST

Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day and a great way to boost your metabolism. Aside from the common knowledge that it helps the energy level in the body, a balanced breakfast also provides the human body with germane nutrients such as: iron, calcium, protein etcetera. More importantly, missing breakfast could have negative consequences. Research shows that when every human wakes in the morning, the blood sugar the body needs to make the muscles and brain at their best is low. Only breakfast can replenish it. So even if it's just a bite of something small or fresh fruit, it is advisable to eat in the AM. Wondering what vegans have for breakfast?
